Impression Management Professionals was founded by Anne Warfield to help people worldwide communicate candidly, creatively, and authentically at all times. We are based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Anne has authored nine books. These include her signature books – Outcome Thinking®: Getting Results Without the Boxing Gloves and Communicating More Effectively: How to Read What a Person is Thinking but Not Saying. She also created the Outcome Focus® Interviewing System.
Anne is a long-time member of the National Speakers Association and the Minnesota Speakers Association. She also served on the ISA Board of Directors.
